We start with learning about your goals, current abilities and any limitations. I build a plan around your schedule and space. You’ll have your own profile in my app with tailored training and nutrition, plus direct WhatsApp access to me for feedback and questions. Weekly check-ins keep progress moving and adjustments quick, so you’re always heading in the right direction.
Everything is delivered online, which means you can train from anywhere, at times that fit your schedule. You’ll get 1:1 coaching, weekly check ins and direct WhatsApp access to me.
It’s strength training using your own body as resistance - movements like push-ups, ring rows, squats and different types of holds. It’s joint friendly, easy to scale and builds real strength without needing a gym.
Mobility = flexibility with control and strength. We don’t just stretch, we load end ranges so flexibility sticks and your joints feel reliable under load. More mobility means fewer niggles, less pain and a lower risk of injury.
We blend strength and mobility so your gains stick, strengthen your joints through full ranges of motion, and teach your body to move confidently in every direction. We program for real life (home, park or travel) and coach you weekly with tailored programming. That’s how you get lasting results, not just temporary relief.
Sure, everything is online. You could spend hours piecing together random YouTube videos, blog posts and cookie cutter programs… but you’d still be guessing if it’s right for your body, your goals and your limitations. My job is to cut through the noise, give you exactly what works for you, what will give you results, and keep you accountable so you actually follow through and get those results.
No. You can start with just your body. The program will always be tailored to whatever you have available. To get the best results, I highly recommend having a set of gymnastic rings
Not at all. Everything works at home, in hotel rooms, or parks. If you enjoy the gym, keep your membership, but it isn't required.
Absolutely. We start with movements anyone can do, building strength, control and confidence as we move through the program. You’ll never be thrown into something beyond your abilities - everything is tailored to your level and progressed at your pace.
Only if you’ve decided to stop improving. Strength and mobility can be built at any age, as it’s about starting from where you are right now and improving from there. We adapt everything to your current ability so you can build no matter your age or starting point.
We work around pain, not through it. Every program is tailored to your current capabilities, building strength and mobility without aggravating the problem. What typically happens is by improving joint control, mobility, strength and movement quality, you will prevent the same issues returning.
If you can do at least 3 short sessions a week and communicate, then absolutely! I’ve coached 100+ people from “stiff and cautious” to “strong and reliable bodies” - the process is predictable when we keep it simple and you are committed.
Yes, and in many cases, it works better than in person. Here’s why:
