How does this all work?

As you enroll, you get added to the Movessa app. Your tailored strength and mobility program will be uploaded to the app within 24 hours of enrolment

Do I work with a real person?

Yes, you work directly with me. No bots or AI answering your quesitons. I personally review your videos, build your programs, answer your WhatsApp messages and run your calls. There's a cap on how many clients I take on for this reason. When you message me, it's me replying.

How long does each session take?

Programming is tailored to suit your lifestyle, but as a rule of thumb most sessions run 30-60 minutes. Enough to do real work, short enough to fit around a busy life. You train when it suits you, so there's no schedule to meet. Three sessions a week is the minimum I recommend for real progress.

How long until I see results?

Most people feel a shift within 2-3 weeks - less stiffness, better sleep, more energy, fewer niggles. Visible strength and mobility changes typically show up around 6-8 weeks. The deeper stuff, a body that feels genuinely different and reliable takes 3-6 months of consistent work.

How is this different from other training methods?

We blend strength and mobility so your gains stick, strengthen your joints through full ranges of motion, and teach your body to move confidently in every direction. We program for real life (home, park or travel) and coach you weekly with tailored programming. That’s how you get lasting results, not just temporary relief.

Can’t I find this all online?

Sure, everything is online. You could spend hours piecing together random YouTube videos, blog posts and cookie cutter programs… but you’d still be guessing if it’s right for your body, your goals and your situation. My job is to cut through the noise, give you exactly what works for you, what will give you results and keep you accountable so you actually follow through and get those results.

Do I need equipment?

No. You can start with just your body. The program will always be tailored to whatever you have available. To get the best results, I highly recommend having a set of gymnastic rings

Do I need to go to the gym?

Not at all. Everything works at home, in hotel rooms, or parks. If you enjoy the gym, keep your membership, but it isn't required.

Is this suitable for complete beginners?

Yes. A good chunk of my clients start with zero experience, and they're the ones who often make the biggest jumps. This isn't a generic program - it's built exactly around you and your starting point. I start you with movements that match your current level, then build strength, control and confidence from there. Everything is tailored to you and progressed at your pace.

Am I too old for this?

Only if you’ve decided yourself too be. Strength and mobility can be built at any age, as it’s about starting from where you are right now and improving from there. We adapt everything to your current ability so you can build no matter your age or starting point.

I’m injured, will this work for me?

We work around pain, not through it. Every program is tailored to your current capabilities, building strength and mobility without aggravating the problem. What typically happens is by improving joint control, mobility, strength and movement quality, you will prevent the same issues returning.

Will this work for me?

If you can do at least 3 short sessions a week and communicate, then absolutely! I’ve coached 100+ people from “stiff and cautious” to “strong and reliable bodies” - the process is predictable when we keep it simple and you are committed.

What if it’s not the right fit?

If in the first 14 days you realise it’s not for you, I’ll refund you in full.
